"We’ve never done this before for anyone, but we felt so strongly about it this time that we had to do it.
You see, just a few months ago my wife Rebecca and I decided to sell our home. Unfortunately, we hired the wrong agent and after several VERY frustrating months our agreement with her expired without a sale of our home. What we found out is 3% of the Agents do about 97% of the business. It doesn’t matter whether the market is hot or cold. This top 3% are always performing high above the crowd of others.

Keeps His Promise
"I first met Scott after I placed a "For Sale by Owner" sign on my parents property.
I received phone calls, emails and letters in the mail from Realtors that wanted my
business. All had "someone interested in my property." Even my neighbor across
the street sent me a letter introducing herself as a RE agent. I did not know what
she did till I received this letter.
Scott Kompa stopped by and shook my hand, "man to man" and introduced himself
as a RE agent. I showed him the property and we talked at length.
Scott asked to list my property, he was honest enough to say that he did not have
